APMSG internal-testing privacy notice
This notice explains how APMSG handles information during internal testing. APMSG currently uses its own consent-based communications workflow and does not integrate with a correctional facility.
Last updated July 29, 2026
Information APMSG handles
APMSG may handle your verified sign-in identity, account preferences, the DOC identifiers and family connections you add, balances and transaction references, consent records, call and message status, recordings, and security or reliability logs. APMSG does not store full payment-card numbers.
Why the information is used
The information is used to authenticate accounts, link authorized family members, operate the phone and messaging workflow, show balances and activity, prevent abuse, provide support, reconcile payments, and test reliability.
Service providers
APMSG uses infrastructure and identity, communications, storage, and payment providers only to operate the service. During testing these may include Auto Secure Login, Google, Twilio, DigitalOcean, and an enabled payment processor.
Retention and deletion
The current recording-retention target is 30 days. Consent, security, delivery, and financial records may need different periods. Final production periods, deletion rules, and legal-hold procedures must be approved before live external delivery.
Your choices
You can sign out, change the app language, remove a person from your own account, and withdraw messaging consent. You can request account access, correction, or deletion through APMSG support.
Security
APMSG uses verified sign-in, encrypted transport, one-way PIN hashing, private storage, short-lived listening links, role-based access, and audit records. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Children
APMSG is not directed to children under 13 and should not be used to create a child account.
