How APMSG works

Inside, the incarcerated person calls their assigned APMSG number and enters a private PIN.

They can record a message, listen to family voicemail, place an approved call, or hear their remaining credits.

Family members use this app to manage credits, calling numbers, voicemail, and account settings.

At the start of each phone call, press 1 for English or 2 for Spanish. This app remembers the language selected on this device.

Live calling and family sign-in are not enabled until their protected service credentials are connected.
