Delete your APMSG account and data
Use this page to request deletion of an APMSG account and the data connected to it.

How to request deletion
Email APMSG support from the email address used for your account. Use the subject “APMSG account deletion request” and ask us to delete your APMSG account. We may ask you to confirm control of the account before acting.
Email an account-deletion requestWhat is deleted
After verification, APMSG deletes or de-identifies the account profile and preferences, account-owned family links, and eligible message, consent, delivery, and recording data. We aim to complete the account deletion within 30 days.
What may be retained
Financial and transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years. Security, consent, delivery, and abuse-prevention records may be retained for up to 2 years. Records involved in a dispute, fraud investigation, or legal hold may be kept until that matter is resolved.
Your sign-in identity
Deleting APMSG data does not delete your Google account. If your Auto Secure Login identity is used with other services, it is kept unless you separately ask Auto Secure Login support to delete it.
Delete specific data
You may use the same email process to request access, correction, or deletion of eligible APMSG data without deleting the full account. Describe the data you want reviewed.

Contact APMSG support if you cannot email from the account address or need an accessible alternative. Do not include a phone PIN, password, or payment-card number.
